Huge thanks to everyone who came out to our community tree giveaway last Saturday, May 30th, at The Market at Western Fair District. By bringing these trees home, we’re closing the loop together on our local climate goals and growing a greener tomorrow!

Progress is heating up at the Convertus York Biofuel Facility! The site team is currently installing the underfloor heating system in the process building. It reuses surplus heat generated from the digestion and biogas upgrading process that is typically wasted to heat the building, just one more way Convertus York is closing the loop!

May 9th is Compost Awareness Day at Convertus Manassas! Get a behind-the-scenes look at the Manassas facility's compost process and connect with local vendors to find out more about what sustainable composting is all about!

At Convertus, we are committed to closing the loop and turning organic waste into high-quality resources. We are proud to partner with the Prince William County Government, Virginia Solid Waste Division, to host the annual Compost Awareness Day.

Join us on May 9 to explore the vital role composting plays in soil health and environmental sustainability. This event is an excellent opportunity to see our composting operations in action and connect with local environmental leaders.
