Time to get cleaning ....and I’ve got the sweetest and cutest little helper to do it.

Here's a little Wednesday DIY recipe share I got from the lovely for you to test out and make SUPER easy laundry soap with just a few ingredients!

On the eve of a possible snowmageddon it seems only fitting to share this one since it includes one of my fave Spring/Summer oils (lol) CITRUS BLISS. I love to wear this one as a perfume and often have it diffusing in every diffuser. It's a combo of Wild Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, and Clementine with a hint of Vanilla! It’s simply delish 🥰

It's benefits include cleansing and purifying the air, reducing stress and anxiety, positively affecting moods with energizing and refreshing properties. AND ..... it makes a killer laundry detergent mix! Check the recipe out in the pic & happy washing 🧺

Some universities in Norway conducted a study published in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. Found that regular exposure to cleaning products may harm your lungs as much as smoking a pack of ci******es a day for 10 to 20 years.
Studies in the past have linked cleaning products to poor indoor air quality, but this is even more of a reason to switch over to non-toxic cleaners. ⠀

I clean my home & a few others here plus my kiddos toys, our counters, both rooms and every surface with these bad boys and I have zero worries of any negative health affects because I know they are safe and natural.

Trade it out Thursday

Rather than a million pieces of Tupperware or other plastic containers try a simple stainless steel container when you pack your kiddos school lunch and a nice reusable baggie to add in extra munchies.
And if course you won’t catch us without our stainless steal water bottle
Not only are these options so much healthier for our bodies, they are also way better for mama earth too!

DIY Wednesday.
With school back in full force had lice is on the loose. Spray a little and your kiddos hair before school to keep the lice from spreading your way.
Bottle 2-4 once (adjust ingredients based on size of the bottle)
1tsp fractionated coconut oil
2-6tsp of each essential oil
lavender, tea tree & peppermint
Pitch if salt
Fill with water
