When Anna Rutkevich joined Starlim, she stepped into a role with a strong legacy. Following Andrew, our longtime part-time controller who established the foundation of our accounting systems, we were entering a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. We needed a leader who could elevate our financial operations, strengthen processes, and guide the FOB team into the future.

We were fortunate to find that leadership quality in Anna. Starting as our Financial Controller Team Leader, Anna’s contributions led her to step into the role of VP of Finance within just one year, a true testament to her dedication. 🌟

Bringing a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, Anna seamlessly integrated into our management team and quickly made a meaningful impact. Her collaborative mindset, willingness to support cross-functional teams, and ability to step in wherever needed have made her an invaluable part of our organization.

Over the past five years, Anna has also built strong relationships with our Austrian finance team, earning their respect through her expertise in navigating complex inter-company processes.

Last week, Thomas Bründl, CEO of Starlim Sterner - Austria, spent time at Starlim North America during his spring visit, 🇨🇦🇦🇹 reinforcing just how important that connection is. From walking the production floor and discussing current projects, to visiting our R&D and logistics teams, Thomas took the time to truly engage with the people behind our success.

During this visit, Thomas also had the opportunity to catch his very first NHL hockey game in Canada. Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Florida Panthers. 🏒

Excited to welcome Sri Aditya Krishnamurthy to the Starlim team! 🎉

Sri Aditya joined us earlier this year as a Production Planner in our Operations Department. With a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and post-graduate diplomas in both Supply Chain and Business Analysis, he brings a strong foundation to this cross-functional role.

Working closely with Operations, Marketing & Sales, Research & Development, and Technical teams, Sri plays a key part in supporting customer service excellence and driving continuous improvement across the organization. We’re thrilled to have him on board, welcome to Starlim, Sri! 👏
