2026 ANNUAL STŌIC FANTASY DRAFT!!!
Love food? Hate math? PERFECT.
We’ll bring the main. You bring the sides. Meg does the math.
Join us for an evening of food, community, and the annual STŌIC Fantasy Draft, where you’ll draft your dream team of athletes competing at the 2026 CrossFit Games.
Over all events your athletes will rack up points and the person with the most points takes home the big prize!

STŌIC KIDS IS HERE
Give your child a head start in their athletic journey with STŌIC Kids — a fun, active, and confidence-building class designed to develop strong movement foundations, athletic skills, and a lifelong love for sport and fitness.
Held in-house at London’s most decorated CrossFit gym, alongside world-renowned athletes and coaches, this is an opportunity for kids to learn from the best, build healthy habits early, and gain an advantage in their sport development.

FREE COMMUNITY EVENT ✨✨✨

MONDAY MAY 25TH
STŌIC TAKES ON MURPH.
Our doors are open to the city of London for a free community training day as we come together to take on “MURPH” in honour of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who paid the ultimate price in service to others.
Murph was a United States Navy SEAL and Medal of Honor recipient known for his courage, leadership, and selflessness during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan in 2005. This workout stands as a tribute to his sacrifice and to all those who gave everything in service of something bigger than themselves.

This day is completely free and open to everyone. Classes will run a 5,6,7,9:30am,12,4:15,5:15,6:15,7:15pm. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, first timer, or simply looking to be part of something meaningful — come train alongside our community.
