IT’S COMING BACK! My debut album from 2003, ‘Pretty Demons’, has been remastered to meet the sounds of the present day and will be here for you again on March 27th after being dormant for a long while.
The lead single is ‘Unafraid’, about the dangers of being different. Still relevant, I think even more so, 23 years later. Special love from this song to my siblings. 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈

This record was produced by . Emm heard a cassette tape made by an 18 year-old weirdo from Headingley, Manitoba, and took a huge chance by bringing me to Toronto, signing me to her label, and producing this album. Emm, thank you for putting your faith in me and changing my life. The record still rocks timelessly.
Fans who love ‘Pretty Demons’ and asked for its return after I came back to music following a 22-year hiatus: Thank you, I heard you, and I hope it brings you happiness to hear it again.

It’s been a year since I lost both of you, my girls. Olive, every morning you would lie on my pillow and stare into my eyes like the universe revolved around me. Bea, at 19 years old you still managed to find a way onto the kitchen counter so we could have breakfast together. There is still so much heartache and emptiness. Sometimes I have a cry with your brother Auggie because I miss you so much. He has some new habits now - he lies on my chest and purrs as though he’s trying to take away the pain there, and it helps a little.
I carry the grief around now, some days better than others. Love you forever.
