Fred Thomas was a multi-sport professional athlete — playing baseball, basketball, and football at a time when doors weren’t open for Black athletes. He competed with courage and helped break barriers.
Now we learn about that impact through his grandson, Garrison Thomas.

it’s what lives on.
Three-time Olympian, leader, and "Peaceful Performer"—she's achieved what most only dream of! Her journey teaches us about teamwork, discipline, and leadership, far beyond just basketball 🏀🌟.

Peter will guide us in understanding ourselves better – how we communicate, how we truly listen with our eyes, and how we can collectively build a more accessible world.
