Love people, local community, and fresh blooms? We’re looking for a warm, energetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers and guide them through retail & floral selections
Process point-of-sale orders in-store and over the phone
Keep the shop clean, stocked, and beautifully displayed
Help process incoming fresh flowers and daily inventory
Use your creative abilities to package floral designs and gifts for clients
And logistically arrange delivery routes for our drivers. Who You Are:

Friendly, empathetic, and passionate about customer care
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with great communication skills (floral knowledge is a plus, but a passion to learn is a must!)
