Meditation does not have to be a solitary practice. In fact, practicing in a group can feel more accessible, especially for those new to it or early in recovery.

Being in a shared space, guided through simple practices, and knowing others are doing the same work can make the experience feel safer and more grounded.

Weekly meditation practice is available at EPIC Recovery.
