Don't buy a 3D printer and then study cad.

And if you learn cad, then buy a printer.
Otherwise you may end up with an expensive
dust collector.
The london library at City plaza has a service that will print your things, or you can find a friend with a 3D printer, or find a maker space
in your area.
Thingiverse - Digital Designs for Physical Objects Download files and build them with your 3D printer, laser cutter, or CNC. Thingiverse is a universe of things.
Citi Plaza, has a 3d printer for the public, ask at the library.
