What a wonderful afternoon of music and fellowship as the combined Ausable Singers and Strathroy Chorale gathered for a pot luck lunch before travelling to perform at Craigwiel Gardens Nursing Home.

For the Ausable Singers, who meet weekly at Ye Olde Towne Hall in Ailsa Craig, this marks the final concert until choir practices resume again in the fall. It has been an exciting and busy season, made even more special by the opportunity for the two choirs to perform together — first at the Kiwanis Music Festival, where they earned a Silver Medal, then at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church in Strathroy, and now at Craigwiel Gardens.

A heartfelt thank-you to all members of both choirs for their dedication, enthusiasm, and friendship throughout the season, and especially to choir director Lesley Andrew for her leadership and inspiration.
