Today marks an exciting and historic day for Q***r Intersections. We’re incredibly honoured to share that QX has been awarded a Community Vitality Grant from the London Community Foundation!

This investment represents a transformational moment for our organization and for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community across London-Middlesex. Over the next three years, this funding will allow us to hire our first-ever staff member, a first-of-its-kind role in the region, significantly expand access to our Community Hub program, develop and strengthen partnerships with local organizations, and create more opportunities for community members to access affirming programs, services, and supports. It will also increase our capacity to ensure 2SLGBTQIA+ voices are heard and meaningfully represented in the decisions, systems, and conversations that shape our lives across the region.

We are deeply grateful to the London Community Foundation for believing in our vision and recognizing the importance of investing in spaces where 2SLGBTQIA+ people can feel supported, connected, and valued. Their trust and partnership will help us build the capacity needed to create lasting impact and ensure our community has a dedicated, year-round space to gather, connect, and belong.

Stay tuned for opportunities to celebrate this historic milestone with us, share your voice, and help shape what comes next. This achievement belongs to our entire community, and we're excited to build the future together.
