HighPoint Property Management is looking for a **Senior Condominium Manager** to join our team in London, Ontario.
This is a full-time hybrid role, with the majority of work performed in-office. We’re looking for an experienced condominium management professional who enjoys working with Boards of Directors, owners, contractors, and a supportive internal team.
**Role highlights:**
• Salary range: $65,000–$90,000 per year
• CMRAO Limited or General Licence required
• RCM designation preferred
• Benefits include extended health care, dental, vision, RRSP match, mileage reimbursement

Balconies are often exclusive-use common elements, meaning they belong to the condo corporation but are designated for your private use. Check your declaration to confirm.
📖 Schedule C lists what is part of your unit—everything else is a common element.
📖 Schedule F typically outlines exclusive-use common elements, like balconies and patios.
This means:
-You’re typically responsible for keeping your balcony clean and well-maintained, unless your declaration or rules say otherwise.
- Condo rules may limit furniture, BBQs, or decor.

HighPoint is proud to be supporting the Business Cares Food Drive again this year! We’ve been collecting non-perishable food items to help local families in need, and we are so grateful for the generosity shown so far.
