To try to explain Ryan Abernathy is nearly impossible but borrowing from Hunter S. Thompson I think this is pretty close. "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Having Ryan in your life was like standing too close to a nuclear reactor, extremely high energies flying through you, possibly dangerous and truly unpredictable. He made you feel like any idea no matter how ridiculous could be a viable possibility. He was one of those people that when you looked at him you could see love radiating out of his body and If he loved you you knew it. Unapologetically vulnerable, open minded and completely insane at times. He was a wild child that only aged physically, spending time with Ryan always felt like play and he kept those around him feeling young with his constant pranks, crazy ideas and meaningful conversations. Truly a rare human being and he will be missed more than he would ever realize. To my boss, my friend, my mentor. I fu***ng love you.
