🏃‍♀️ We are happy to sponsor this years Ladiesfest 8km run! 🏃‍♀️

This is a Ladies only 8km Run/Walk designed to bring together women of all ages for a day of fitness, wellness, and community. All of the proceeds from this event go to Womanspace, and helps them continue to provide support and resources to the community.

The event starts and finishes at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge, and challenges participants by weaving through the coulees. To finish it all off, there is a buffet breakfast in the ballroom of the Lodge and an awards ceremony!

Have you always wanted to try contact lenses, but don't know where to start? We can help!

Did you know contact lenses are classified as a medical device? This means they require a prescription from your Optometrist to purchase them, and we need to follow a specific set of steps to get you fit in the best possible lens! First, we start with a routine eye exam. This will check the health of your eyes and update your prescription. Next, the doctor will have an in depth conversation about what you are wanting from your contact lenses, how often you want to wear them, and what activities you will be using them for. After this, we order in trial lenses, and proceed with a contact lens fit appointment. At this appointment, we teach you how to put them in, take them out, and general wear and care. After a follow up visit a few weeks down the road, you will have your finalized contact lens prescription, and we can order in your lenses!
