The Oliver was constructed in 1906 when Lethbridge was emerging into a commercial hub in Southern Alberta. Hunter and Brian want to RESTORE and SAVE this building. This page aims to alert the public opinion. Hunter and Brian have a great vision for the Oliver Building that will bring life to 5th Street South in our downtown’s core. Hunter once had his business ‘The King of Trade’ in this location

and would like to redevelop and restore and ultimately save this downtown building. Both are known in our community as being exceptional business men and over the years have employed hundreds of people in our community as well they have and continue to support many non-profit organizations and community projects. BIO: Hunter is the former chair of the downtown BRZ, former co-chair of ‘Heart of our City’ and former board member of the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce. He is involved with many charities and contributes to many non-profit organizations in Lethbridge as well as Cub pack leader, hockey and soccer coach.
