✨ A New Beginning ✨
Today, life gave me a little pause, I accidentally locked myself out of my car 😅 …. and in that still moment, I realized how symbolic it was.
Sometimes the universe has to slow us down just long enough to remind us that a new door is opening.
Tonight at 7 PM, I’m teaching a class that blends breath and movement, marking the start of a fresh chapter in my journey.
My sweet cat has also been teaching me about freedom, how to let go, trust, and step into what’s next.
By the end of this year, I’ll be setting off on a new adventure. First, I’ll return home to Alberta for Christmas, to ground, reconnect with my roots, and gather my strength.
Then, I’ll continue onward, ready to collaborate, to travel, and to share medicine and healing with others along the way.
Here’s to new beginnings, deep breaths, and the courage to step into the unknown, not alone, but together 💞
🌬 The Chimes Are Changing…
There’s a shift in the air, and I can feel it in my bones. The winds are guiding me toward something new, and with that, I sense a transformation in my business and in how I’ll be offering my work.
So, I’d love to gather before this next chapter begins. I’m thinking of hosting a potluck the weekend of November 18–19,a happy, heartful get-together to connect, share food, ideas, and possibilities.
Let’s dream together about what’s next, from where I might live more affordably (while keeping my freedom!) to potential new ways of working and creating from home.
This also feels like the dissolution of Shiva Cor Academy as it has been known. If you’ve been wanting to attend a class, workshop, or retreat, now’s the time to make it happen before this cycle completes.
Thank you all for being part of this beautiful journey, for your energy, trust, and presence along the way. Let’s share one more meal, some laughter, and a toast to whatever’s blooming next. 🌸

It is my deepest passion to share and to be guided in teaching, creating space for others to connect with their own breath, rhythm, and authentic style.
In community, we remember that each of us holds wisdom, and together we weave something greater than ourselves.
On the moons, I offer these gatherings with only the gentle request for donation, and your generosity has been nothing short of brilliant.
I am so grateful for the way you have gifted me with your presence, your peace within, and your willingness to come together in this circle of remembrance.
As we arrive at this full moon lunar eclipse, may we open ourselves to what it means to gather, release, and renew.
