Folks, at the risk of jinxing it, it looks like the weather may be breaking after this... FINGERS CROSSED.

Spring is springing, and we will be CLOSED Easter Friday for the long weekend. We'll be back Monday though, and our online booking tool is ALWAYS available if you need to schedule your appointment outside our regular hours.

As is tradition, I just wanted to post to make sure folks knew we are CLOSED for Monday, February 16 for Family Day! We hope you all have a safe and happy weekend, and we look forward to serving on Tuesday!

** PHONE TROUBLE! **

It's a niche issue, but our call display is appearing as another business, and we've been getting reports that our phone number isn't connecting. Rest assured, WE'RE STILL OPEN!

For whatever reason, this seems to be affecting Telus Landlines only. Our provider is looking into it but in the mean time, if you need to call us it still appears to be perfectly reliable to call via cell phone. If you do run into trouble, you can e-mail us or text us (if you've already received our digital inspections). Thanks folks, chat soon!

We may be closed for the holidays, but did you know we've made major changes to our online appointment booking? Just click the link on our home page, and follow the prompts (If you have trouble, check to see if you have a pop-up blocker set)!

Our scheduler checks our available appointments with our advisors, and CONFIRMS your appointment at the time you schedule it. For existing customers, it also confirms your contact details, shows you any vehicle's we've seen before, and can remind you of services that could be considered that day as well.

We are also introducing automated appointment reminders sent via text message (make sure you add our mobile numbers to your contacts, so they don't get filtered into spam!)

Labour Day weekend! School approaches, but we've got some lovely, hot weather for the long weekend.

We'll be closed the Monday to spend time with family and friends, and returning to work Tuesday, September 2nd!

The Heritage Day long weekend is usually a hot one, but we might be getting… More rain?! Make it make sense…

We'll be taking the Monday off to spend time with friends and family, returning as usual on the 5th! Have a great long weekend, folks!

Canada Day rapidly approaches! Because of the way the holiday falls, we felt it made the most sense to allow our staff additional time to rest and/or travel for celebrations, and as such we will be CLOSED for June 30 and July 1.

We'll be back to work on July 2nd as usual, thank you everyone for the support and we hope you have a safe and happy Canada Long weekend! Take good care!

P.S. - I snapped the photo at the top of the Banff Gondola a couple weekends ago, we had just had a small rain roll through and the rainbow(s) visible were absolutely BREATH TAKING. Easily some of the brightest I've ever seen. Where's your favourite place to visit in Canada?

Lots of updates this week already but this is the post reminding folks that we will be CLOSED on the Monday for May Long. The weather looks a little cool, but so long as nobody says the S-word, it should be an enjoyable long weekend for all.

The rain was kind enough to wait until the VERY end of the day, but that's a wrap on the Plug'n Drive EV Roadshow for Lethbridge. HUGE thanks to the reps for their time and expertise, they we passionate and diligent, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the information they had.

As a relatively new EV owner, there's lots that I've discovered, but much like anything the more you learn, the more you discover you HAVE YET TO LEARN. It sounds like the plans are in the works to do an event like this again, and we'll be first in line to volunteer our space again.

Thanks to all the customers and passers-by for stopping to ask great questions and be curious! We appreciate having an open mind when it comes to learning about something very new to a lot of Southern Albertans. Looking forward to a long weekend, now!
