The Lighthouse Japanese Restaurant is a family owned and operated business, operating in Lethbridge, Alberta since 2003. Our goal is to serve high quality, authentic food in a friendly environment. Our specialties include Sushi Pizza, Godzilla Roll, Signature Roll, Sansai Cuttlefish, and our homemade ginger salad dressing. Tomorrow (Tuesday) our team is taking the day to come together and say goodbye to Chloe.
For 14 years, Chloe was a constant, a friend, and a deeply valued part of our restaurant family.
She will be deeply missed by all of us.
