Client Spotlight of the Month!

Congrats for all your hard work and dedication over the year. You look incredible!!

As mentioned in the video Becky was an incredible client and took feedback very well. Focusing on nutrition dense food, movement, managing stress, focusing on sleep quality and working on hypertrophy style training to increase muscle mass. As a busy mom and owner of a Pilates and yoga studio she made it happen!! Of course with a balance of some fun and trips over the year.

It makes me so excited to see these results cuz I know it’s not easy to manage time for YOURSELF in a busy world. But when you make goals for yourself and have someone to support you and hold you accountable you can reach those goals!

Top Primal Movements of the Month!

Been hammering down on hips and groin.

These have been my go to’s this month for helping my hip and groin GAIN better mobility by training at end range.

From riding horses my entire life and never lengthening out my adductors I am VERY restricted in my groin and hips. My top goal is to improve my position and technique on squats. Move with no pain! Each day is getting better thanks to

Just like any other habit I started primal with 3x per/week and just eased into it. Currently doing 4-5x per/week and wanting to increase that in the New Year with warm ups and extras in the app!

Excited to continue seeing the improvements from the work I’m putting in 👏💯

Still glowing from the concert last Saturday!!

Felt extra scandalous.

Completely let loose last weekend, had a ton of beverages, and a TON of fun! I prioritized my meals earlier in the day because I knew the evening would be filled with beverages and whatever food we could find.

Was food options good the next day, nope. Did I let it affect me? Nope.

One rough night will not ruin all your progress. If I have a high calorie meal and beverages I make sure that the next meal is going to count! You can always get back on track.

Spotlight Client of the Month!!

Bethany has been crushing the program and really prioritizing nutrient dense foods to fuel herself. She enjoys Welch’s and that’s it bars to have as intra carbs, makes sure she hits up that post workout meal. Timing matters, recovery has been on point, sleep, performance, etc.

Not only is she smashing PRs and feeling awesome in the gym but she also put herself first and not drinking alcohol right now cuz it doesn’t make her feel great and affects sleep (HRV) and recovery. Goals outweigh excuses 💪🏼

Super proud of you for locking down on your goals and you look incredible. Let’s keep it going into the new year 🤘🤩

It’s that time again!! Heading off to Arizona today to compete

While I am super excited to get out there and have fun, I am slightly bummed to be still dealing with a bit of an injury. I promised myself that I wouldn’t let it get to me and to get experience, have fun and don’t get hurt more 🫠
