Our vision is to create a safe environment that offers support, guidance & solutions for community mental health & wellness through connection, community and collaboration. Our mission is to normalize mental health in our community through the power of relatability and story while bridging the gaps in care through holistic & traditional modalities to help support individuals as they embark on a journey of growth & healing.
I am sad & heartbroken beyond belief…
I started Renewed Resilience with the hopes of individuals being seen and heard without judgement . I started it to have a safe community for others where they could experience connection and find ways to support their healing journeys. And in our short time I hope we did that , and I thank you all for supporting our safe haven and choosing our community to help support you on your mental wellness journeys.
This decision is one of the hardest things I have had to face because Renewed is my passion it is my third baby it is everything I have dreamt and breathed for the last few years, and I thank the team that I now call family for believing in me and who joined me in making a dream come alive even when there was just a mess of construction. I thank my husband and family for holding me up and encouraging me to keep striving and fighting for my passion.
This may be a pause or it may be goodbye forever only time will tell. But for now I need to regroup , I need to grieve what has fallen , I need to gain back my strength and my fight.
Even though I am gone you can still find and in our beautiful incredible space.
This channel will be left open and know I am always here to chat and over time I hope to get back to sharing my passion for mental health awareness and support.
A lot of things still need to happen so please check stories for updates and an email going out in the coming days with further information.
Thank you all , always remember you are loved , you are brave , your are enough 💜

🌱I Am Growing Micro Retreat 🌱
Is making goals something you put off? Do you set out with excitement and lose momentum as time goes on? Or just interested to learn a new way of creating forward movement in your life?
We've collaborated with Nurtured Minds Wellness and Therapy Services to bring you this evening workshop "I am Growing: Planting seeds of Intention".
This approach allows you to really dig into your WHY? Why is this important to you? What do you need in order to set this goal in motion? How will you feel when you achieve this?
When we dig into the emotions that drive our wants and needs, we are more able to feel into the end result and use this as motivation to move forward.
This two and a half hour workshop will allow you to really dig in to identify areas for personal-growth, create goals and actually plant some seeds as a visual reminder that you are growing and evolving continuously.
This workshop is being held at .resilience in Leduc-snacks and tea will be provided.
When: Friday July 21st 6-8.30pm
Cost: $95+ GST

Things may seem lost, they may seem out of control and you may feel like you have rocks piling on your chest, making it difficult to simply just breathe.
Just Remember... You can do this
Inch by Inch, keep going and remember to give yourself love and grace and try to:
- Connect with Nature to clear your mind.
- Connect with those that are safe and that you love and trust for support.
- Be open to becoming more self- aware on things that are happening and brainstorm everything to help relieve the capacity those things are taking over in your mind.
You Can Do This 💜

We are excited for another great adventure & partnership starting April 29th , 2023 !
Introducing Blissful Belly Corner at
Dealing with so many health issues over the past few years, I have had to personally alter the foods I eat so I could feel and function as the best version of myself. One of those alterations was switching over to a gluten free lifestyle. And what I had found was the lack of gluten free options locally made it hard to make that switch and to stay consistent.
So we have teamed up with to bring our community more gluten free options ( some are also dairy free ) in the form of :
🥑 Premade Meals
🥑 Snacks
🥑 Dips & Sauces
🥑 Soups
🥑 Desserts
🥑 Breakfast Items
And more as we get the ball rolling! So keep a look out for what brands & local companies are coming into the Blissful Belly Corner April 29th !

How do you ?....
A beautiful start of a question that encompasses awareness, curiosity and potential. The easy part of creating new goals and better values...
✨How do you create boundaries ?
✨How do you practice self-love and self-compassion?
✨How do you bake pie ?
No matter what How do you question you ask , commitment, determination and consistency are needed to see the results you want to transpire, but these actions can be anything but easy.
Ask yourself what was the last How do you , question you asked yourself. Did you get excited and follow through or did you get overwhelmed and procrastinate on doing the things you needed to do to get the results you desired?
More often I have played on team overwhelm and procrastination but what I have learned is that I am not valuing myself or my potential and I give up before I even begin. I give up not because I am lazy but because in this moment in time my lack of self worth has overpowered my ability to succeed, something that I am always working on overcoming. So I am easing into :
✨Building routine - small steps at a time
✨Taking things slow so I can really dive deep and learn and not overloading my plate
✨Learning to say no to the things that do not support the goals I have
Do you play on team overwhelm and procrastination or do you tend to get excited and follow through?

💜 Please be advised , this post contains a sensitive topic 💜
We are honoured to be able to offer our space for this incredible support group starting April 30, 2023. ..
Surviving THEIR Attempt
Meeting on the last Sunday of the month, ‘Surviving THEIR Attempt’ (STA) is here to support loved ones 18+ whose loved one has attempted su***de and survived. STA is a support group focused on providing surviving family members with a community who understand what you have been through, your unique challenges, and the lack of support available to you. You were there for your family member, and now, we are here for you.
STA is co-facilitated by two individuals with lived experiences, who have extensive Mental Health training and work professionally to provide mental health awareness and acceptance in the community. Our co facilitators are supported by a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years experience supporting individuals with addictions, mental health issues, and those impacted by trauma.
If you have survived a family members su***de attempt and haven’t been able to talk about or gain support, this group is for you. Your family member has thankfully survived their attempt. SO HAVE YOU!
..
This is an open group. If you miss an evening, you won’t be missing material or fall behind. We gather to share and connect at the level of your willingness and comfort.
This group is not for individuals who have lost a family member to su***de. Your loss is beyond the scope of the group and we respectfully can not provide you with the support your loss needs.
