Bad economy, higher interest rates, inability for people to qualify for a mortgage means that rentals will go up. If you are lucky enough to qualify for that acerage, that is now $450,00 instead of $525,000, do it now. Rent your house until it’s value is back and get your dream home while everyone else is complaining about the market. 5 years from now you will thank us. We will thank you more. That is what we call a win/win And the only way we are interested in doing business.
