What are the benefits of Glass Bead Blasting?
Glass bead blasting is an effective process used in automotive restoration and oilfield resurfacing. Bead blasting produces a much smoother and brighter finish than angular abrasives which makes it the preferred abrasive for aluminum rims. There is no dimensional change to the metal surface and glass bead blasting leaves no embedded contaminates or residue. This process smooths away any surface defects and can also improve corrosion resistance. www.wetblast.ca

Some of the benefits of our V***r Abrasive Blasting process for stripping boat bottoms includes:

- Wet Blasting leaves a 80 grit finish, the perfect surface for any primer or coating, unlike soda blasting.
- Paint can be applied immediately after Vapour Abrasive Blasting, with no sanding.
- It will not compromise the gel coat.
- Leaves a much smoother, and more even surface than soda or sandblasting.
- Requires fewer coats of paint saving you time and money.
- Is the only way to safely strip a wood bottom boat.
- V***r Abrasive Blasting gets the job done in much less time than traditional dry blasting, costing you less money and time out of the water and getting you back in the water faster!
