This was my first client listing and we sold her Condo in a timely fashion so her winter vacation was not interrupted.

Cold weather is almost here, which means it's time to winterize your home!

Let me help you get started before the winter chill takes over! Here are a few things I suggest to prepare your home for the season:

-Inspect all windows and doors for leaks
-Have your furnace professionally serviced
-Inspect your fireplace
-Turn off any faucets outside
-Inspect your roof and clean out your gutters
-Trim tree branches

I hope this list helps minimize the risk of any damage that snow, ice, and extreme temperatures can cause to your home.
