So many people message me and ask me, Mel!!! I work out and can stay active but I can't seem to eat right!? How do you stay on track??????
Well, first of all, after hearing a few stories about what your eating, your restrictions and the terrible ideas fad diets have put in your head, it's no wonder you can't keep it up.
No carbs
Celery juice
Only protein
No sugar
No fat
GUYS. YOU ARE HUMAN AND YOU NEED ALL OF IT TO FUNCTION!!!!!!!
Forget optimal performance. Just to live. You need it all.
A balanced diet geared towards your physical activity levels ( yes none is a level) and we work around it) sweets cravings, that slice of pizza or glass of wine.
Feeling like you CAN'T have something will only make you want it more.
I eat whatever I want as long as I fit it into my numbers everyday. And if something unexpected happens like a lunch invite, and throws me off. I make sure to adjust myself in the evening so I never feel like I need to say no.
Relearning how to eat is something we should all take into serious consideration.
Help is here. But you need to decide if throwing away all your old ideas about food is something your ready for.
