Clean results for this new pool mech shed. Built to match the shed beside it that we built 2 years ago. Wrapped in Arctic White Hardie Baird, soffit + topped with a steel roof 👌

50ft of re and re fence run including 3 custom gates. We were able to get our hands on some clear cedar 2x4 and 1x6 for a majority of it. Beautiful stuff .

Turned this space into a functional laundry room that tucks away clean when not in use.

Framed it in, new drywall, paint and trim. The barn door adds aesthetics but keeps it simple and out of sight.

We also moved an existing door to a new location in the hallway.

Small footprint, big upgrade in how the space functions.

Sometimes the simple option is still the right one.

We Haven’t built a wood deck surface in a while, but they still have their place.

Timeless look, solid feel, and a more economical, cost-effective option depending on the project. When they’re built right, they perform exactly how they should.

This one’s roughly 450 sq ft with a new layout and two sets of stairs. the framing was protected the same way we handle our composite builds, and properly flashed—no shortcuts. Includes a picture frame perimeter and centre spline boards to break up the span, optimize material lengths, and enhance overall aesthetics.

Not always about the flashiest option—just doing it right. 👊

This was not a simple deck build.

Multiple elevations.
Awkward landscape.
Limited access.

But that’s exactly the kind of challenge we enjoy!

This project involved concrete work, structural framing, siding, vinyl decking, composite decking, and three custom stair systems — all carefully designed to make the most of a difficult layout.

What was once an awkward and underutilized area is now a clean, functional outdoor space with improved access and flow.

We also created new dry storage beneath the upper deck, turning previously wasted space into something practical and usable.

Projects like this take planning, coordination, and attention to detail — and we’re proud of how it came together.

Some days we question why we take on these small rot repair jobs… but it’s always worth it when we can save the structure, make it watertight, and walk away like we were never there. Rot repair isn’t glamorous but it can be satisfying at the end.

A satisfying transformation. Started with structural rot repair and finished with some Hardie shingle siding.
