November 2025 - Some Before & Afters

Believe it or not — your kitchen sink can be germier than your toilet! 🦠🤢
Here’s why 👇
🧫 1. Food residue + moisture = bacteria paradise
Every time you rinse raw meat, fruits, or veggies, tiny food particles and liquids splash around the sink and drain. Combine that with warm water and leftover moisture, and it becomes the perfect breeding ground for E. coli, salmonella, and listeria — all bacteria that can make you sick.
🚽 2. Toilets get cleaned more often
Toilets are known to be dirty, so people disinfect them regularly. But most people forget to deep-clean their sinks and drains, which lets bacteria multiply. In fact, studies show your kitchen sink drain can harbor more bacteria per square inch than a toilet seat!
🍽️ 3. Sponges & dishcloths spread the germs
That “helpful” sponge sitting in your sink? It’s one of the dirtiest items in your whole house. When you wipe your sink with it, you’re just spreading those germs around even more.
⁉️ What Can I Do ❓️
▪︎ Rinse your sink daily. Even just water can help.
▪︎ Always Rinse the cloth or sponge after cleaning anything!
✨ Cleaning Tips ✨️
• Spray a good Disinfectant (I recommend Sol-U-Guard) daily or once/week. Let sit for the time required!
--> Don’t forget the drain and disposal (garborator).
• Microwave or replace sponges frequently and use microfiber cloths you can sanitize in the wash.
