Position: Customer Service Agent

Location: Bernie Auto Centre, 1865 32e Ave, Lachine QC, H8T 3J1

Salary: $18 - $20/hour + signing bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Qualifications:
- Fluently bilingual (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Experience in automotive industry not required
- Experience in customer service

Job Description:
- Answer phone calls
- Take care of customers’ questions and concerns
- Make appointments
- Collect payments from customers
- Assist management with administrative tasks
