An invitation to be lovingly aware of the “Default Mode” and playfully questioning it. Sweetly going in another direction, out if curiosity.

To invite another aspect of yourself to look at everything you think you already “know” and see it differently. Maybe with a new sense of calm curiosity, overarching neutrality, deeper trust and a kind of free flowing passion that has no attachments to any outcomes 😘

Sweet Heart Ecosystem, feeling especially grateful for Heart Spaces like ours in times of global turmoil. It becomes more important than ever in moments like these to take extra care of ourselves and each other.

The theme this month is: “Protectors of Love” - an invitation / reminder that any decision, stance, response coming from a place of Love can only lead to more Love. As humanity is struggling, may we hold that Heart frequency of compassion loud and strong for those who cant 💚🌿

May we celebrate our freedoms, our communities, tell those we love that they matter so much to us & see the surprising perfection in all that unfolds. Even the chaos & ugliness has its purpose to highlight where more love is needed and invite us all to reboot the system in that sense 🙏🏼💛✨
