The PASS Cards for Screen Time were created with contributions from community mental health professionals and persons with lived experiences during this period of physical isolation to help manage our relationships with our devices. As more of our work, studies, leisure, and social lives happen behind screens, our time online can influence our behaviour and health; from added eye strain, to a persistent need to "stay updated." Self-care should co-exist with technology use, may it be to be mindful of habitual scrolling or making time for your needs offline. We hope that these cards can help you or your WFH family member.
