Thank you everyone for participating in our holiday season activities. It looks like everyone enjoyed the lunch, games, and of course, the 12 Days of Giveaways! We also had an in-house photobooth to capture some festive looks of the team!

We hope everyone has a fantastic New Year!

Today we honour the courage, valour, and sacrifice of the heroes who have served, and continue to serve Canada during times of war and conflict.

Lest We Forget

Thank you to all the team members that participated in our Halloween costume contest this year! We had fantastic participation from all areas of Mitchell Plastics :)

Our Team Members enjoyed a Thanksgiving Day lunch, which received rave reviews! Thank you to VillageCaterer.ca for the excellent meal, service, and conversation. We can't wait until our next lunch event with this fantastic team!

A big THANK-YOU to all of our Team Members that volunteered at Food4Kids yesterday! The grand total of portioned bags packed by Mitchell Plastics over the two sessions was 9, 150!

Thank you also to for allowing us to support all that you do in our community.

Both the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day take place on September 30.

The day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.

Orange Shirt Day is a commemorative day led by Indigenous communities to raise awareness about the intergenerational impacts of residential schools on children, families, and communities. It honours Indigenous children who were lost in the residential school system.

On September 13th, a team of 50 from Mitchell Plastics participated in the Kitchener Kids with Cancer Run & Walk. This was a company sponsored event for our Team Members, and a great time was had, for a phenomenal cause.

A combination of sponsored entries, and additional donations, helped the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario reach a grand total of $122,121.22, which was well above their intended target for the day.

Congratulations to all that participated and supported this event!

Thank you to everyone that joined Mitchell Plastics at African Lion Safari on August 23rd! It was a great turn out, and great weather to enjoy time with friends and families.

The Civic Holiday is commonly referred to as the August long weekend. It is probably the busiest day on highways as tens of thousands of families go camping, to cottages etc this weekend.
