There’s a moment just before the first bite where the whole table goes quiet. The fries are steaming, the cheese is hanging on for dear life, and someone across from you is already eyeing your burger with envy. International Burger Day has arrived, and Waterloo Region knows exactly how to celebrate.
From towering craft burgers stacked sky high to roadside smashburgers wrapped in paper and dripping down your wrist, every corner of Waterloo Region seems to have a local legend people swear by.
