Repaired peeling paint, filled seams from old plaster board to make the kitchen ceiling flat, caulked old crown/trim and repaired spots bleeding through on the bathroom ceiling.

*Note: This was a subcontract and the white concrete ceiling is to be painted at a later time once paint is able to be provided. The bulkhead was repaired near the window, as it is drywall and is the same colour as the walls.

Had to remove some bushes and add some crushed slate. Utilities couldn't get access to take the reading for the water meter and the bushes out grew the space. Clippings of the bushes were taken to preserve the strong 22 year old genetics.

Remember not just today, but forever.

An eavestrough repair. The old eavestrough fell off and the fascia board needed to be replaced as well.

Here's a commercial door replacement that had a lot going on in one spot and took a little extra planning. I partnered up with a good buddy that asked for my knowledge/experience with commercial doors and construction. With his expertise in residential windows, doors and exterior work we tackled it together.

The original opening made extra work for us as it was not flowing well with the inside. After careful measuring and planning, we found a door size that would work inside and out. We also had to adjust almost every part of the opening inorder to make the new door work, while keeping the door size as large as possible. We were able to reuse the original brick and had to add a much needed lintel. We also sloped the new threshold with concrete to keep water/snow running away from the door. Once in place, the door got cleaned up with some sharp capping.

This insulated door was especially important as it is not only serving as protection from the weather, but also brang the door back up to code for a commercial building as well as, added more security due to the original door being an easy target for break-ins.
