Over the past two days, I participated in an intensive Commercial Inspection Training, where we conducted a full inspection of a 12-story commercial building.
This hands-on experience provided valuable insight into assessing key systems — from structural and exterior elements to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety components. Each floor presented unique challenges and learning opportunities, reinforcing the importance of thorough preparation, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards.
