It becomes too rigid, or too “I need to just get this done.”You can lose the drive, or focus if that goal feels like it’s not getting any closer. It happens to all of us. I’ve been seeing a lot of these exercises on IG this week and wanted to play along. Standing on the reformer is some of my favourite exercises, I love the challenge of keeping balanced and centred.
Adding in some stretching, this quick flow tones the legs and works the core!
