Our monthly Spectrum on the Spectrum is back again for June! Celebrate Pride alongside other folks who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ and Autistic. We'll see you next Sunday, June 7th at 6:30 PM.

Today is Pansexual & Panromantic Awareness Day!

By now, you've likely heard of pansexuality or panromanticism, but if you haven't, here's a little breakdown for you! The prefix 'pan-' generally means 'all' or 'inclusive of everything'. In this case, that prefix is referring to gender. This means folks who are pansexual or panromantic, experience sexual or romantic attraction to all genders. In fact, now-a-days, pan folks tend to describe their feelings as 'attraction regardless of gender', because gender doesn't really play a part in that attraction.

Pansexual people feel that in terms of sexual attraction, and panromantic people feel it for the romantic interests in their lives. Some folks may be both at the same time, while others may just hold one of these identities.
