Hotel workout awesomeness!

I love progressive overload and adding more weight and reps to my workouts but today at a limited hotel gym I wanted to get me work in and get out. Warm up: 3 sets of neutral pull ups 1a) Rear delt flys 1b) Rear delt swings 1c) Rear delt rows (Video) 2. Single arm lat rows x2 max reps The Rear delt work was all about metabolic stress. Started with a challenging weight for the Rear delt flys, hit failure and moved to swings etc Epic pump. Great posture. Added 25 minutes on the elliptical and bam done and done! #personaltraining #onlinetraining #kitchener #muscle #hypertrophy
