Family music classes at Kingsdale Community Centre in Kitchener start in April. Register on March 9th through ActiveNet.

Tuesday 9:30 is for ages 7 mos to 20mos
Tuesday 10:30 is ages 2-3

Join us for musical fun with 8 weeks of themes like Spring Rain, Bunnies and Chicks, Mr. Sun is Out!, It’s Playtime, and more! Learn basics of beat and rhythm, musical form and expression through fun musical games, pretend play, storytime and instruments.

It was a wonderful recital on Saturday. Thank you to Legacy Church for the beautiful venue. Thank you to all the wonderful students who shared their talents with everyone. Last but not least, I am overwhelmed with the amount of food bank donations that came in! We may actually need two cars to get all these bags of donations to the food bank!

Cannot wait to start our Fall piano lessons! Lessons always contain a composing activity, improvisation or a game. We love on and off the bench activities, using unpitched instruments to drill beat and rhythm for coordination, as well as movement to music for musicality, inspired by the DalCroze Method.
