Sandy brings a truly unique and valuable perspective to our practice. With a background as a Policy Advisor for the Niagara Escarpment Commission, he has built a career that bridges ecology, policy, and planning in a way that is increasingly important in today’s planning landscape. His ability to bring ecological knowledge directly into planning and policy work strengthens our team’s capacity to on projects.

MHBC values multidisciplinary thinking and Sandy is a natural fit. We are excited to share his expertise and perspective with our clients and communities.

Danielle is passionate about how great planning can bring people together and make cities more sustainable and livable - and that passion has only grown since she started her program.

Her favourite city? Vancouver. Mountains, ocean, big city energy, and a strong commitment to active transportation. Balanced, connected, and walkable - sounds like a planner’s kind of city to us. 🏔️🌊

Yesterday, April 22nd, was Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to make sure our incredible admin team gets the recognition they deserve! 🌟

Our administrative team works behind the scenes every day to make sure MHBC runs smoothly, our clients are supported, and our projects stay on track. They are an integral part of this team, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

On April 16, we attended the annual GHHBA Awards of Distinction and we’re thrilled to share that Emily Elliott was honoured with a GHHBA Award of Honour for outstanding accomplishment at the local level of the Association.

MHBC was also nominated for Service/Supplier Partner of the Year. Proud to be part of such a strong community of builders and industry partners across Guelph, Wellington, and Dufferin.
