On this day in 2024, Sabrina Carpenter released 'Please Please Please'💘

Fresh off the massive success of 'Espresso', Sabrina kept the momentum going with a track that showcased her sharp songwriting, witty lyrics, and irresistible charm. The song quickly became a career-defining hit, eventually earning her first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1.

The video was filmed in late May 2024 and served as a sequel to the 'Espresso' video, continuing the storyline fans had been piecing together from Sabrina's Easter eggs. Directed by Bardia Zeinali, the video co-starred Barry Keoghan and was inspired by classic outlaw romances like 'Bonnie and Clyde' and 'Thelma & Louise'. Many of the prison scenes were even filmed inside Staten Island's Arthur Kill Correctional Facility.
