Responsibilities

Review and compare driver envelopes to dispatch system
Preparation of various reports dealing with payroll duties
Plan, organize, direct, control and perform various tasks relating to collecting payroll information
Audit employee trip envelopes for accuracy
Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Experience in the trucking industry is an asset
Knowledge with the following software is an asset:

TMW Suite

MS Excel

Responsibilities
-maintain a clean truck inside and out
-make deliveries to customers
-accept daily cash transactions and submit the paperwork
Requirements
-clean DZ license with hazardous materials, tankers and double endorsements
-ability to climb in and out of truck numerous times a day
-capability of maneuvering a 55 gallon drum of product from the truck to the customers location

Our client is looking for a Shop Labourer

We are currently seeking a Shop Labourer/Assistant who will offer support to the overall operation of the company, especially as it relates to inventory and job set-up. This role requires a team-minded individual with strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
· Cataloging and maintaining records of stock consumables, parts and materials

· Planning/Picking of job tool orders

· Some clerical work

· Assists with tasks for various projects as assigned

Responsible for the shipping and receiving of all goods in the warehouse. He or she will have to communicate all shipment details to consignee and ensure most accuracy with respect to everything that is shipped/received. At all times, the candidate must ensure the safety and housekeeping of the warehouse and abide by all safety rules and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare all shipments and clearly identifies all items.

Prepare shipping and customs documents.

Contacts & arranges for carrier pick-ups.

Locating missing parts required for shipment.

Receives all goods & shipments for Warehouse.

Inspects and confirms all shipments for damages or overages & shortages.

Releases backorders (all customer orders).

Record-keeping.

Stocks parts to shelves.

Reporting, tracing and claiming all shortages to carriers or vendors.

Reporting shortages to the intended consignee.

Participate in cycle counting.

Spray foam technicians use compressor hoses to spray an expanding polyurethane foam material to insulate commercial and residential structures. The insulation can take place during or after a building’s construction. The technician must be somewhat physically fit, as the job sometimes requires spray foam insulation in tight or hard to reach areas such as attics, basements and crawlspaces. In some instances, a spray foam technician may remove previous insulation materials before re-insulating with spray foam.

Technician Duties and Requirements

A spray foam technician must have a valid driver’s license due to the amount of travel to work sites and MUST be able to drive a 5 ton truck. The technician gathers the needed equipment and performs a test to make sure it is working properly. The tech is expected to regularly service and maintain spray foam equipment and keep insulation materials properly stored at all times. This job also requires strict adherence to safety guidelines due to the overall potentially hazardous nature of working in a construction zone.

New technicians also undergo on-the-job training with an experienced spray foam technician for a certain amount of time determined by the employer.
