Our multi-purpose kitchen is the home to the best Hands-On Cooking Classes in Waterloo Region; it hosts Saturday Night Farmer's Dinners where you are a guest at a 4-course + meal featuring local farmers and food producers; we cook 5 days a week to provide the region with Farm Fresh Take-Out: Affordable, from-scratch meals. And if that's not enough, we have fun creating unique hot lunches on Thursd

Lunch for Wednesday, September 28th: Hot Roasted Chicken Breast Sandwich with our creamy local Leek & Mushroom Sauce $8; Classic Cream of Potato Soup with freshly baked bread and butter $6 ; Roasted Yellow Beet Salad on Baby Spinach with Toasted Almonds, Goats Cheese & cider vinaigrette $7.
