SNOWPLOW EQUIPMENT OPERATORS WANTED
For the safe and productive operation of SALT/PLOW TRUCK, SKID STEER, TRACTOR, and LOADERS with plow for Snowplowing and Ice Control.
Generally, the work will be about 9 hours in duration each time it snows from about midnight to 8:00 am, depending on when it snows. The odd day there will be daytime work if the snow comes "late".
MULTIPLE POSITIONS OPEN
Operators are expected to be available 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week at any time a snow event occurs, but generally work will occur during the overnight period prior to 6:00 am. Job ends April 15, 2023. Operators will be required to maintain records/time sheets of their work including accurate times, dates, equipment inspections/minor maintenance, site/service logs, and weather reporting.
SAFE OPERATION is JOB 1! Responsibility and DEPENDABILITY is essential!
Must have own transportation or means to get to job sites...not on bus route. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Work safely near heavy equipment/vehicles. Capable of working outdoors in various conditions including extreme cold, rain, noise, and wet/damp conditions. Training provided.
Pay range is $28 - $35/hr depending on qualifications/experience. All jobs eligible for shift and Season-End BONUS.
