This space is coming together nicely and it’s going to be the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors without roasting in the scorching sun.

The exterior transformation begins. Out with the old, rotten siding, in with the new, plus reframing, new windows, and upgraded insulation. The end result is going to be amazing.

The roof is up and weather proofing is complete. With the right team, big tasks get done quickly. 23 hours over 2 days to ensure this cottage is rain-ready. Stay tuned for updates. Next up, the roof overhang for the deck - the perfect summer spot.

Today was a long day, but the progress was worth it. Tomorrow, we'll finish the new trusses and roof. Excited to add insulation to the cottage while preserving its interior charm.

Check out these before and after photos of our latest renovation project! The transformation is stunning, with scrapped ceilings, new potlights, and matching kitchen flooring for a seamless look. We also removed the wall between the dining room and kitchen to create an open concept space with a beautiful island featuring a butcher block counter. Additionally, we updated the lower level with new flooring, renovated the basement bathroom and laundry room, and completed the space with fresh paint, new interior doors, baseboards, trim, and closet doors. Two basements windows will be getting replaced.
