βBUMIβ Kintamani Bali, Indonesia
by
A yeast-inoculated washed Kartika variety from the island of Bali. Our impressions of this coffee are Pecan, Toffee, and Pear. This super sweet coffee would be ideal for espresso.
LA PAPAYA, Ecuador
Hacienda La Papaya owned and operated by the famous specialty coffee producer Juan PeΓ±a. This coffee is for your fermentation nerds out there π€βοΈ
This special Typica coffee is a natural Anaerobic that involves a 100 hour anaerobic fermentation with the whole cherry along with Mossto the liquid by-product of this type of fermentation that is re-circulated to stimulate further fermentation. This coffee is fruity and florally. Impressions of Rose, BlackBerry, and Lychee.
