Last year, I started on some new medications, and it was a real bad time. After a short visit to the hospital, I finally came to terms with the fact that I needed a break. Between my physical health declining and my mental health taking a beating along the way, rest has truly never been more of a necessity.
I'm looking forward to rejoining all of my friends at Odd Duck in a few months, but until then, I'll be making art in as many ways as I can to heal my mind & heart ♡

I CAME 3RD PLACE IN MY FIRST COMPETITION WITH A COCKTAIL IVE BEEN WORKSHOPPING SINCE DECEMBER 😭😭😭😭
I can not even express how proud I am of myself for this accomplishment. I went into this comp with the mindset of: I am just presenting a drink that I think is yummy and talking about my bartending journey. While I accomplished that, I also got to be inspired by all of the other rad competitors and learned that I've gotta learn my classics better for speed rounds 😅
Thank you to the judges for the honour of 3rd place, and thank you to my bar momma for teaching me and igniting this newfound passion in me ♡
