Reverie - I used to get panic attacks a lot when I was younger though I never really understood them. Not being an active dreamer (or one that rarely remembered dreams) I had always assumed my experience were simply nightmares. The discomfort, the nervousness and the sheer otherworldliness of these confusing, unaware events are now retrospectively looked upon with clarity. It is a reminder that we can make sense of things that scared us because we didn’t understand them, to overcome and to dream.
