Waterloo Region's Hospitality Community has lost another great member this week. It is with deep sorrow that we let our Hospitality Community know of the passing of Morgwn Brough, a Sous Chef at Charcoal Steakhouse who recently passed after a severe asthma attack followed by cardiac arrest.

Morgwn came to us in December of last year and was a consumate professional in his art of culinary. He posessed a keen sence of team and was always sharing his greetings, his smiles and his zest for life. He will be missed by his team in many ways. We send our love and thoughts to his Mother, Father and his entire family.

Arrangements at this time for a Celebration of Life are not complete but will be shared when they are available.

Rest well Morgwn and we will raise a toast in your honor until we meet again.
