When I coached competitive volleyball, I coached at high levels. We played for National and Provincial Championships. I always said, "My Game Day is at practices and in preparation. I can do very little to impact the match." I'm a Serial Prep'er!

This behaviour has crossed over into my business and consulting. It's about discovering your learning and mental processes to make sure you understand the best way to execute a plan.

We are BACK! The 2022 Reboot. Not as exciting as the reboot of such popular shows as Full House or Will & Grace but just as cool!
For those of you who don't know, I've taken an eighteen month break from my podcast. You can listen to all my previous episodes but I needed a break as my business changed so much through the COVID pandemic.

I've posted THREE new episodes:
#1: In the first episode of Season 3, I talk about where I've been, where I've been hiding, and where I see the markets today. I put my spin on where things are in Canada and where I see them going. All from the prospective of someone in the trenches. I'm excited to be back!
