Bunny Tush Commissions

1. The commission starts when the fabric is cut. Before the fabric is cut a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of materials if the buyer no longer wants said costume. Once the fabric has been cut a refund is no longer applicable if commission cancels.
2. All cosplays are given a 6 week window of completion. This time starts at the first cut of the fabric. With the exception of armour the completion time will be discussed on a case by case basis.
3. Payment is done as follows. Half up front, the rest plus shipping on completion. Further payment plans are only available for Commissions above $600 with a min of $200 paid up front
4. All payment must be received before product ships
5. Defects are covered by our guarantee, limited to sizing, repair, or missing parts. Buyer may be offered a resize or issued a partial refund depending on extent of damage and or complaint.
