I have been so busy, I haven't been posting what I have been up to the past few years! What a transformation though. I hand painted all the exterior brick, did some fresh landscaping, levelled the front stoop and this home sold ASAP! All my hard work paid off.

Fully furnished this beautiful new build townhouse for clients in January. Their goal was to rent it out as an airbnb. I collaborated with with a budget and this baby rented out immediately AND for 7 months! The demand was amazing and the clients were thrilled!
